Comes whole or filleted. We are not taking requests for further processing (portioning or slicing).
Your fish will come cleaned, scaled and gutted. Please note that the weight stated above is the weight prior to the fish being processed (cleaned and gutted) – the fish might weigh 30-40% less after the cleaning process.
